Registration

• A one-time registration fee of SGD 40.00 per student is chargeable upon enrolment into BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd.
• Deposit of SGD 110 (1.5hrs lesson) / SGD 140 (2hrs lesson) per student are required upon enrolment.

Fee & Payment

• Fees must be paid termly, advance payment for each term will be collected 3 – 4 weeks before start of each term.
• Please pay promptly to avoid a late fee penalty of SGD 40.
• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend its fees any time at its discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All course fees paid to BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any programme/class if minimum enrolments (Min. 3 to start) are not met. In which case, all course fees will be fully refunded.
• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate the enrolment of any students who is found to be disruptive in class at its sole discretion.

Make-up Policy

• A make-up lesson is strictly subjected to the availability of lesson slots of BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd.
• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd allows students to make-up a lesson they have missed under the following conditions:
  1. Students inform BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd at least 2 days’ in advance of the intention to join a make-up class.
  2. Scheduling has to be pre-arranged with the centre admin, following BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd’s Class Schedule.
  3. Only maximum of 2 make up lessons per subject are allowed for each term.
  4. After the 2 make-up lesson as are used up in each Regular Term, students can only request for make-up class due to medical reason (MC required).

Parents may collect homework/notes from the centre for subsequent missed lessons.

Withdrawal

• Students are required to give BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd adequate notice (at least 4 weeks in advance) of their intention to terminate their enrolment with BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd, deposit will be forfeited if failure to do so.
• Lessons not utilized are non-refundable.

Centre Closure

• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd will be closed on all government gazette Public Holidays and certain School Holidays (make-up lessons are not required as the fee are excluded in the termly payment).

Contact Information

• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd has to be kept informed of any changes in student’s/parent’s particulars, such as contact numbers, email address & residential address.

Health Condition

• It is the parents’ responsibility to monitor the health of their child(ren). If your child(ren) is/are feeling unwell, please seek medical attention and do not send them to BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd.
• If a child is found sick when he/she comes for lesson, the Centre reserves the right to quarantine the child until the parent is available to bring him/her home.

Our rights

• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves all rights to photographs and videos of classes, including the recording of online classes, and may use them for publicity and promotional materials.
• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves all rights on the lesson materials. No copying, sharing, reproduction or passing them on in any form of any source is allowed.
• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms any time at its sole discretion.

Others

• BlueTree Education Learning Centre Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any valuables stolen or otherwise lost in the Centre premise.
• Parents / Guardians are not allowed to remain in the classroom/centre during classes unless permission has been granted on a case-by-case basis.
